I cannot venture a guess, but I will say that with those webbed feet and long bill, it must be a water bird of some sort! I anxiously await tomorrow’s answer! 🙂
Thank you Amy! 🙂
An amazing looking bird! I have no idea what it is but agree with Amy – it must be a water bird. If its bill is the same as the bill on the left of the photo it could be a tern of some sort.
Thanks Clare! 🙂
Hi H.J …Just stopping by to say nominated you for a Lovely Blogger Award, if you want to participate pop on over for the details. Have a great day, Kind regards Eily http://eilynash.com/2014/09/28/one-lovely-blog-award/ 🙂
Thank you so much for nominating me for this award, I do appreciate it but I don’t accept awards for my blog. My blog is free for all and I do it for my love to Nature especially the birds. Comments from my readers are my awards.
I sincerely thank you Eily for thinking of my blog for nomination. 🙂
You are so welcome H.J and I fully appreciate your beautiful blog and your ethos. With my very best wishes Eily
